Welcome to The Corporate Secretaries Association (Regd)
The Corporate Secretaries Association (Regd) is an Association of Governance Professionals and a non-profit organization comprised principally the Company Secretaries and Business Executives in governance, ethics and compliance functions at public, private and not-for-profit organizations. Members are responsible for supporting their board of directors and executive management in matters such as board practices, compliance, regulation and legal matters, shareholder relations and subsidiary management.
The Association seeks to be a positive force for responsible corporate governance, providing news, research and "best practice" advice and providing professional development and education through seminars and conferences. The Association is administered by members who serve on board and standing committees.
The Association is dedicated to providing services that enhance the professional skills of its members, who are business executives involved in duties normally associated with the corporate secretarial function and corporate governance. The Association provides a forum for the exchange of information and networking and to be a knowledge partner with the aim to organize workshop, educational seminars and conferences etc.
